OCC Leadership is a group of young prominent student-athletes.  The program brings students in the Ohio Cardinal Conference together to build relationships and foster sportsmanship.  Students can meet together at the annual OCC Retreat or through the various student exchanges held throughout the school year.  Students are nominated for the program by their teachers and coaches for showcasing their hard work and sportsmanship.
