Clear Fork Valley Local Schools

We’re excited to roll out a new tool that will simplify how we communicate with you. Rooms, built right into our Clear Fork Valley Schools app and website, offers secure and safe two-way messaging.

This addition allows us to bring the community closer together. From messages to educators, to events, to lunch menus, and more - everything can now live in one place.

Why Rooms?

1. One place for every message. No more juggling multiple communication apps, flipping between inboxes, or remembering different logins.

2. Text notifications. You’ll get notified automatically of new messages even if you haven’t downloaded our district app.

3. Safe and secure. Built-in moderation and other safety tools allow us to ensure safety of all communications, at all times.

What to Expect:

Rooms will become our primary method for all communication between staff, coaches, families, and teachers.

CFHS and CFMS completed an emergency evaluation and reunification drill this morning. Students and staff did an excellent job. A special thank you to the CF transportation department, Storyside Church, Richland County Sheriff's Department, Bellville Police Department, and the State Highway Patrol.
